Sharav endured thousands upon thousands of boops on his snoot, but I have no reason to believe that he ever enjoyed a single one of them. Like folding his ears back, I always thought he considered it a totally bizarre thing for a human to want to do.
Also, most dogs really experience the world through their sense of smell, so having a person’s grubby fingers touching his nose all the time can’t have been pleasant.
