For the longest time, I hated brushing Sharav inside and would only do it outside on the sidewalk or in a park (often weekly, on our long Sunday morning walks). Brushing him would generate mountains of hair and lots of attention from strangers, too, while leaving him un-brushed would produce tufts.
I eventually began brushing him inside in 2020, when I was trying to minimize the time we spent near other people in public.
Bathing him, though, was another story.
