Though bathing Sharav at home was really unpleasant, a couple of times, I took him to a place that charged less money for me to use their equipment to bathe him myself. It was much more bearable that way.
By the way, if a dog is wet, he won’t shake off the moisture if his head is covered – so if you just loosely wrap a towel around his head, you can keep him from soaking the entire room.
