Because of Sharav, I met many, many, many, many people to whom I otherwise never would have spoken, or who wouldn’t have spoken to me. I never could have predicted that, and I’m so glad for it.
“Dog people” really do have an immediate and unspoken bond with one another.
Often, I never even knew the names of the people I met while walking Sharav – but in all of our neighborhoods, we always got to know a few special people and their dogs.
