Thinking back to the time before I first met Sharav – were there really entire days that passed when I didn’t leave my home at all?
I guess there must have been, but walking him on a regular schedule was such a dominant factor in my day-to-day life over the past 16 years that it impacted when I went to bed and woke up, what I could do before and after work and how I commuted, when I ate my own meals, when I could see friends or spend the night somewhere else, the layouts of all my apartments, and so much more.
